From his early service as a military officer to chairing the Myanmar Economic Corporation, U Nyo Saw has been a steady architect of the country's industrial base and economic planning apparatus.

His tenure as the 13th Prime Minister (2025–2026) consolidated reform priorities across infrastructure, energy, agricultural modernization and the digital transformation of government services. As First Vice President since April 2026, he leads strategic coordination across cabinet, regional governments, and national security architecture.
